New article 13th Congress of the EHA – European Hematology Association (June 12-15, 2008 in Copenhagen, Denmark) - Abstracts now available to help you plan your coverage
It's now few days until the EHA Congress, the European Hematology Association annual meeting, taking place from Thursday, 12th to Sunday, 15th June 2008 in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The EHA 2008 abstracts are now available online, under embargo, to assist you in planning your coverage, and can be accessed via: http://congress.ehaweb.org/13th/ ABSTRACTS

Press registration is still possible on site and is free of charge for all holders of a valid press card / formal journalist credentials. Press will have access to the onsite press facilities, including a working room and interview areas, and the press office will assist you in organizing interviews with relevant experts.
The official EHA press activities for registered press onsite will include:
- 2 official press briefings on key-topics of the EHA Congress on Friday, June 13th and Saturday, June 14th, 2008 from 8:00 – 9:00 a.m., at room 16 at the Bella Center Copenhagen.
- Press office assistance including facilitation of interviews with researchers, independent commentators and EHA spokespersons.
The EHA annual congress is organized every June in a major European city. Over the years the congress has become the meeting place for hematologists in all fields of the specialty. The congress program has sessions on clinical and laboratory hematology and covers all the major hematological subspecialties, including hemato-oncology, red cell disorders, hemostasis, thrombosis, pediatric hematology and transfusion medicine. In 2007 the EHA Congress welcomed over 6.500 participants.
