The European Hematology Association supports and co-organizes Hematology Tutorials co-operation with the European School of Haematology.
To complete your application to chair an ESH – EHA Hematology Tutorial in 2009, please read the instructions in Part A, complete Part B, and include a provisional program in Part C. (you are kindly advised to contact education@ehaweb.org for assistance in compiling your provisional program.)
